2019 ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES NAMED. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has announced the 2019 inductees to be honored in a ceremony next year. They are, The Cure, Def Leppard, Janet Jackson, Stevie Nicks, Radiohead, Roxy Music and The Zombies. Most of those to become immortalized in the Rock Hall were overwhelmingly approved by fans who participated in the online FANVOTE at the Rockhall web site in the weeks leading up to the announced winners.
There were 15 RockHall nominees this year: Def Leopard, Devo, Janet Jackson, John Prine, Kraftwerk, LL Cool J, MC5, Radiohead, Rage Against The Machine, Roxy Music, Rufus featuring Chaka Khan, Stevie Nicks, The Cure, The Zombies, and Todd Rundgren. Fans had an opportunity to select five of their favorites in a FANVOTE, the results of which became part of the overall final tabulation in the decision process.
